THE CLIENT/LMC SECURITY RELATIONSHIP

LMC Security emphasizes individual involvement and our managers are personally committed to our clients' interests. In most cases, depending on the size of the account one manager is responsible on an overall basis for continuing client/LMC Security relationship. With a view to the effective, efficient, handling of each situation that the client may entrust to our care, that manager, oversees the strategy of it's disposition. If the manager feels a situation is beyond their expertise they immediately contact our special services manager for assistance and guidance.

We offer each client the opportunity to prescreen or interview potential candidates for their locations prior to assigning that individual. In addition, if for any reason you the client are dissatisfied with our personnel then they are immediately replaced.
